Have you ever watched a child colour? They’re happy, aren’t they? They are relaxed, having fun, and creating something that is unique to them. But there are many more benefits to colouring than fun:

  • Their use is simple, the patterns are easy to fill – they help children improve their concentration.
  • They provide a good base for developing artistic talent. Starting with simple drawings to more complex pictures a child masters the colouring slowly. They also introduce a child to the different components in a drawing.
  • Using the stories in the coloring pages can help you teach your kids about the real world or spark their imagination even further.
  • You can increase their self esteem as you take the work and give it place of pride on the fridge.
This section will be updated weekly – if you don’t see the picture your child is looking for please contact us and we’ll do our best to locate it.

Breastfeeding - which breast is next?

When you’re sleep deprived don’t rely on your memory. Use a visible clue to remind you which breast to use at baby’s next feed. Why not pin a ribbon on your bra or shirt? You can change this to the other side during the feed.
